Studio director Christine Gourlay invests heavily into dance business development learning from the best in the country how to provide a thriving and value packed dance school for our families to enjoy.

Our staff training day is an opportunity for Christine to share her knowledge to ensure our studio culture is adopted by all staff. It is important to us that our studio ethos, mission and values are known and fully lived and breathed by all who work here. Christine works behind the scenes to train, motivate and inspire our teaching team so our teaching team can do the same for our dancers.

At In Step Dance Studios, we invest in our team so our dancers can get the very best dance school culture that we can possibly create.

This years staff training day will be held at Crichton Central on Sunday 9th March.

All Teaching Assistants : 10:30am - 12:30pm
