In Step or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
In Step reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing dance@instepdumfries.com
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Failure to pay will result in your child being unable to participate in class and their place will be lost.
Fees are collected prorata for 39 weeks of classes throughout the year. Payments are equal each month including holiday time.
We require one months written notice before cancelation.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
If there are any sessions cancelled by In Step we will offer a make-up session.
In Step reserve the right to change or combine classes due to low attendance at any point in the year.

Refund Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 28 days of purchase if there is an issue with the product providing it has not been washed or personalised.
You have the right to change the size of your order if it doesn’t fit.
Orders can not be refunded if you decide to leave In Step after placing an order.
